Queensland Marine Training Services conducts Certificate III in Transport and Distribution (Coastal Maritime Operations – Master Class 5) TDM30407 courses by facilitated learning utilising the approved assessment tools provided by Maritime Safety Queensland.

This is a blended model between full classroom and open learning models and allows the students full access to resources and practical sessions whilst still progressing at their own pace wherever possible practical training is provided in the workplace.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is available for part or all of this qualification.
Elements of Shipboard Safety and the Marine Radio Operators Certificate are pre-requisites or co-requisites for these courses.

Candidates need to seek seatime approval from Maritime Safety Queensland.

5 week workshop training (underpinning knowledge and practical sessions) for 2010. Please note that assessments are held outside the training block and that satisfactory completion of assignments and Industry Task Book are required prior to attending assessments.
