Developed by Queensland Marine Training Services to specifically address key issues within the maritime sector, our Crew Resource Management course provides a proactive approach to onboard decision making.

Dealing with issues such as creating and maintaining a safety culture, crew communication skills, situational awareness, leadership and teamwork, stress and fatigue and threat and error management this course is a must for any company serious about reducing the consequences of human error onboard a vessel.

Each course is structured to encompass company specific issues and incidents.

Course cost: $3960 for up to 16 staff (2 days).
